Program Overview
To help you make the right storage purchasing decision, Tegile Systems, Inc. (“us”, “we”, “Tegile”) has created the Tegile Test Flight program (“the Offer”). If your organization hasn’t yet become a Tegile customer, we welcome you to complete a Tegile Performance Analysis (“TPA”) or IntelliFlash HD Proof-of-Concept (“POC”). If you do, we’ll send you a high-performance Quadcopter Drone (“the gift”).
Eligibility
The offer is open to all new prospective customers who complete a TPA or an IntelliFlash HD POC between May 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016. Existing Tegile customers are not eligible to participate in the offer.
Terms & Conditions
- The drone offer is limited to prospective customers in the United States and Canada who are considering a Tegile IntelliFlash HD array for an active storage project that requires 95TB or more of usable capacity. Tegile IntelliFlash HD arrays start at $425,000 list price.
- The offer is not valid for existing Tegile customers. To be eligible to receive the gift, your organization must not already own a Tegile array.
- The offer is open from May 1, 2016 through October 31, 2016. TPA or POC test results must be submitted within that time period to be considered eligible for the gift.
- TPA or POC test results must be submitted and reviewed with your Tegile Sales Engineer to receive the gift.
- You are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial, local, and other taxes for receipt of the gift, if any apply.
- Tegile shall not be liable for any damages or claims of any kind arising from an individual or his/her organization for participating in the offer or for receiving the gift.
- No purchase of a Tegile array is required.
- Tegile will not replace any lost or stolen gifts.
- No substitution of the gift is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Tegile.
- Eligibility approval is at the sole discretion of Tegile. • Reward processing can take 30 to 60 days.
- Offer void where prohibited.
- Tegile reserves the right to modify, terminate, or extend this offer at its sole discretion.
