These programs help ensure well-tested and supported solutions for joint customers.

Western Digital’s All-Flash Storage’s non-disruptive and efficient scale-to-fit and cloning/replication capabilities can match the needs of growing Oracle environments, with ease. Oracle and Western Digital’s combined data center solutions save the Oracle DBA and Storage Administrator precious time and budget.

Partners who secure orders for Oracle Linux and Oracle VM with Western Digital’s storage for their Oracle Database or Oracle Applications, can receive additional discounts, provided partners meet the below criteria.

Partner Criteria:

  • Partners must be both an Oracle Linux and Oracle VM partner and a WD partner with current credentials to resell. Click here if you are not currently an Oracle Linux or Oracle VM reseller.
  • Partners must register the opportunity on the OPS Deal registration site – Marketing code: ACMK180112P00082, program name: NA_FY18Q3_OLOVM_Linux_WesternDigital_Promotion. For more information on Oracle’s deal registration click here.
  • Partners must promote discounted or free services as part of this joint promotion
    • Discounts below must be used to discount or provide free services to the end user.
    • Discounts can also be used to lower TCO for the end user, provided that the customer opts for no services from the partner.

Oracle Linux and Oracle VM discounts available to partners as part of this promotion are:

  • Western Digital’s partners maintain simple, yet a high-margin model with Western Digital products, professional services, and receive superior deal registration protection.
  • In addition to the Oracle Linux and Oracle VM standard high-margin model, Oracle is offering additional discounts to partners as part of this promotion when the following thresholds are met: *Oracle ACV (Annual Contract Value) booked revenue.
    • Additional 2.5% discount for OL and OVM revenue* between $25,000 and $49,999
    • Additional 5% discount for OL and OVM revenue* between $50,000 and $99,999
    • Additional 7.5% discount for OL and OVM revenue* above $100,000
